1
Do your homework before you go into battle so you know every nook and cranny that your enemy sniper might hide in on the Airsoft field. You should also do in-depth background research on your enemy team to find out who their sniper is, how he likes to shoot and where he generally hides. Keep in mind that talking to other teams that have played your upcoming enemy is not cheating, it's intelligence gathering.
-
2
Develop a general strategy that works well for your team to deal with snipers. For example, if you have an excellent sniper on your team, or even if you have two or more average snipers, then using your snipers to take out the enemy sniper is the way to go. If, on the other hand, your team doesn't have good snipers, but is very fast, then a tactical approach to storm or flank the sniper is your preferred strategy.

3
Use a scout or scout team to identify the Airsoft sniper in as little time as possible. This means that you should take your scout out of the ongoing operation and dedicate him to finding and reporting the sniper's location and movements. This will minimize kills against your team, even if you have to engage your enemy a man short for a few minutes.

4
Create a distraction by sending out a small unit to make a quick and aggressive attempt at gaining ground against your enemy. Since the fast movement is likely to be noticed by the enemy's sniper, you can move in against the sniper to for a take out while he's occupied by your decoy.
