How to Give Sexual Stimulation Through Touch

Touch is the easiest way to sexually stimulate your partner. How you touch is as important as where you touch. Surprisingly, most people get more sexually stimulated when they're not touched in the normal areas, like the groin or breasts.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Massage your partner with oil or lotion. A full body massage lets you apply pressure and touch to sensitive areas of the body like the inner thigh, stomach, back and buttocks. The constant stroking and the release of stress helps a person get aroused.
Step2
Rub your partner's waist and hip area when you're walking by. Or grab them from behind and run your hands up and down their inner thighs, through their clothes. These areas of the body are close enough to the groin area that the touch stimulates sexual arousal.
Step3
Stroke your partners neck and collarbone area when you're laying on the couch together. The neck is an area that responds well to kissing, and touch provides the same sort of response.
Step4
Stimulate your partner through their clothes by rubbing your hand along their groin area or massaging their breasts. Change the area where your hands touch every few minutes so that you're constantly stimulating different nerve endings.
Step5
Change the way you're touching your partner by using different body parts. Touch your partner with your foot, rub them with your butt or apply pressure with your legs.

Tips & Warnings

  • Keep your touch gentle, but firm. If you use your fingertips and provide more of a tickling sensation, your partner might get too relaxed rather than sexually stimulated.
