Decide on which features and functionality you want from your Bowflex Revolution. The Bowflex Revolution comes in two different models: a standard model and a budget or value XP model. The standard model includes several features not available on the XP, including a leg press plate, preacher curl pad and an extra 20 lbs. of weight.

Select accessories for your Bowflex Revolution. Optional accessories include the i-Trainer software, a Bowflex Machine Mat, the SpiraFlex Resistance Plate Upgrade and the Bowflex Revolution Accessory Rack.

Learn about the various workouts available on the Bowflex Revolution. You can use the Bowflex Revolution for cardio workouts, upper body workouts, lower body workouts and core/abdominal workouts. The i-Trainer software and the Bowflex Revolution Workouts site contain detailed instructions on how to use your Bowflex Revolution.
