Costco has a wide selection of over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, minerals and much more. It is a great store for anything you want to buy in bulk form, because maybe you have a big family or maybe you just don't want to go back to the store all the time. Whatever the case, Costco has it all. Learn how to buy drugs at Costco.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Apply for a Costco membership. You can have just yourself on the membership or join with a friend or family member to share to total cost of the card. It lasts for a year and has to be renewed.

  2. Step 2

Decide what drugs you need to buy before you go to Costco. If you go to Costco on a weekend, you will find it like a zoo. If you go in during the week, it can be still quite busy. If you make a list of the over-the-counter drugs you wish to purchase before you to the store, then you might be able to beat the rush.

  3. Step 3

Take your list to Costco and head immediately for the drugs, prescriptions and medical aisles. Look up what you want to buy and if you cannot find it, head immediately to the prescription and doctor counter for advice.

  4. Step 4

Buy the vitamins, over-the-counter drugs or whatever else you are looking for in bulk. This option is wise because you save yourself time from going back to Costco when it is extremely busy.

  5. Step 5

Get a box for your bulk over-the-counter drugs or vitamins and head for the exit. Remember to keep your receipt out, so they can make sure you purchased the drugs with your card.

Tips & Warnings
  • Some employers offer discounts on Costco memberships for their employees, so ask your HR department if they offer this perk.
