A Friendster overlay is CSS or HTML code that creates a completely custom site for your Friendster presence. You produce the overlay code using the custom overlay generator provided by Friendster, then cut and paste the overlay code into the CSS section of your Friendster site. Once the code is saved, your Friendster page is converted, or overlaid, with the new layout and elements.
