Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Squat low near the ground and place your right hand on the ground behind you for support. Lift your torso slightly and start with the right foot. Bring the foot out and back, then the left foot out and back. Continue repeating the shuffles again and again.

  2. Step 2

Start freezes by getting down on your knees and keep them slightly apart. Lead off on your dominant side, which will be your right side if you are right handed.

  3. Step 3

Continue working on your freezes by doing a "stab" which is pulling your leading elbow into your hipbone. Hold the left hand up over your head, and quickly turn your head to the left dropping your left hand so that you can sit on it. Finish by bringing your legs up the same time as you arch your back.

  4. Step 4

End your break dancing routine by a freeze pose where you finish by contorting your body in a position to stop all dance movement. There are endless poses you can use, and the poses are what help highlight your breakdancing style.
