How to Get Girls to Flirt
Flirting is the first step in getting a girl to open up and speak with you and eventually (or, hopefully) go out with you. Since the flirting is the first impression you can make on a girl it's important for you to know how to do it right.

1
Set your expectations to a reasonable level by making the goal of your flirting just the flirting itself. If you have a hidden agenda, a girl is likely to sense it and you'll probably show it. Instead, approach a girl just for the sake of talking to her and your chances of success will instantly increase.

2
Approach the girl you want to flirt with confidently and casually by keeping in mind that all you're doing is having a conversation with another person. Say hello and introduce yourself or, if you're already acquainted, ask the girl how she's doing while keeping in mind that you don't need to pull out a great line in order to impress the girl.

3
Ask the girl lots of questions about herself and things she does or likes. If you can't think of anything immediately, ask her about things you see, such as the clothes or jewelry she's wearing. Keep asking questions about the girl to get her talking about herself and, critically important, pay attention to the answers. Pepper the conversation with compliments to keep the conversation interesting.
-
4
Make eye contact at all times but don't stare incessantly since that has the tendency to freak a girl out. Just look the girl in the eye confidently as she speaks to you and do the same when you speak to her.
-
5
Smile during the conversation and pay attention to the signals the girl is giving you. If she starts smiling and keeps or reduces the distance between you, touch her lightly on the arm or hand. If you want to take the conversation further by asking her to meet you sometime then do so. In either case, end the conversation just after the high point so you leave her on a good note.
