Instructions

    • 1

Coat a baking pan lightly with vegetable oil.

    • 2

Place the flour in a shallow dish. Crack the eggs in a small bowl, and beat them with a fork until they're frothy. Put the Italian bread crumbs in a separate shallow dish.

    • 3

Roll each chicken claw lightly in the flour, and then dip each one in the beaten egg. Lastly, dip each claw in the Italian seasoned bread crumbs.

    • 4

Lay the chicken claws on the oiled baking sheet, and put them under the broiler for about 6 minutes. Turn them over and broil the other side.

    • 5

Slice the olives in half the long way, and use a paring knife to trim one end to a claw-like point. Put an olive half on the end of each finger. Add a bit of tomato paste on the other end of the chicken claw for gross out value, if you want.

    • 6

Serve the chicken claws on a bed of shredded lettuce.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you have flour and egg left over, be sure to discard it. Reusing it could cause food poisoning.
