• Chocolate kisses, unwrapped
• Flat chocolate wafer cookies or striped shortbread cookies
• Tubes of decorative icing in colors of your choice
• Chocolate frosting or melted chocolate chips (optional)

1. Frost the cookie with chocolate frosting, if you like. This step is optional, but makes the witches hats a bit sweeter.

2. Use a bit of chocolate frosting or colored frosting to glue an unwrapped chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie.
