EMF radiation is all around us because our modern lives include electricity. Computers, cell phones, microwave ovens and cordless phones all emit EMF radiation. This radiation lowers our melatonin levels, which control our immune system response to cancer and other diseases. If you want to avoid EMF radiation in your life, then follow these steps.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Stand away from microwave ovens while they're in use. Limit your use of them as much as possible.
Step2
Restrict your use of cell phones and use a corded device that allows you to talk on your phone without holding it next to your head. Cell phone use has caused an increase in brain tumors.
Step3
Use a corded telephone if possible. If not, locate the charging base for your wireless telephone away from your bedroom and main living quarters. EMF radiation inhibits melatonin production, which is most active during sleep.
Step4
Live away from high-power lines or cell phone masts. They may be the highest EMF hazard in our modern environment.
Step5
Purchase an ionizer to neutralize EMF radiation near your computer, television or other home environment. Different types of ionizers can be found online.
Step6
Buy an EMF detector if you're concerned about EMF levels in your home or work environment. They can be purchased online and help you accurately detect EMF hazards in order to modify them.

Tips & Warnings

  • EMF radiation in our modern environment is difficult to avoid. In order to totally avoid EMF radiation, you probably have to live in a remote mountain region without electricity.
