For those under 13, there are many ways to play with Neopets. This virtual pet is taken care of online, through your own virtual world. Have your parents sign you up to have fun with Neopets. Because you are so young, your parents can help you set up the account.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Create your new Neopets online. Have your parents create an under 13 account online for free. Choose the pet's name, species, stats, color and other features. You can also choose where the pets live and what their personality is like.
Step2
Feed your Neopets so they don't get hungry or sick. If they're not taken care of, they can die.
Step3
Earn Neopoints. This is money you can use to buy items for your Neopet. To earn Neopoints, play the fun games on your account. Sell items to earn more Neopoints.
Step4
Interact with your Neopets. Read to them and train them. The more you interact with them through online games and activities, the more the pets will learn and be able to do.
Step5
Train your Neopets to be fighters. Fighters can battle other Neopets in Battledome. In the Battledome, your Neopet can interact with and fight other player's Neopets. Earn awards for winning the battle.
Step6
Build a home for them called a Neohome. Buy a plot of land with the money you've earned. Then, have fun building rooms for it, and add furniture, floors, lights and other items for the home.
Step7
Collect virtual items for winning contests or battles which are displayed in a gallery online. Collect other items such as collectible cards, stamps, sea shells, avatars and coins.
