We live in a fast paced tense world where time is money and everyone is busy. It may be hard to slow down and play but having fun all the time in everything you do, makes a world of difference not only for you, but also for the people who know and love you. Soon you will find yourself living in a less chaotic world with more personal fulfillment.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Wake up in the morning and tell yourself you will have fun no matter what today. Set the mood immediately as soon as you open your eyes. Say to yourself, "it's time to get up and have fun today!".
Step2
Break out of your morning routine. Dance to the bathroom for your morning ritual. Do your morning ritual differently each day. Make it interesting and fun. Try different flavors of toothpaste and mouthwash and different soap scents.
Step3
Eat something different for breakfast. For fun, eat dinner food for breakfast and breakfast food for dinner.
Step4
Play with your food. Talk to your food. Tell it how delicious it is and how good it is for you and then eat it. Do not be afraid of others thinking you are crazy.
Step5
Enjoy your morning commute to work or school. Smile and wave to the other drivers or say hello to the other people on the bus or train. Try a hardy "Good Morning" or "Top of the morning to you" when you see someone you know.
Step6
Smile throughout your day. Play with your co-workers. Tell jokes or funny stories about things that happened to you. Poke fun at yourself and life in general and have fun all the time no matter what your day brings.
