Step1
Understand skateboarding vocabulary. Manual is the skater term for popping a wheelie. A Goofy foot means you favor your left foot in the back where most skaters place the right foot. In other words, if you are a left-footer, you're riding goofy. And the nose is the front part of the skateboard. So a Goofy Nose Manual means you are doing a wheelie with the nose down and tail up while riding left footed.
Step2
Position your feet on the board as a goofy for the nose manual. Since it is the tail that will be up in the air while you are moving and facing forward toward the nose of the board, place your left foot by the rear trucks. Put the right foot close to the tip of the nose, but not all the way forward.
Step3
Start rolling and get up to a comfortable speed. In order to keep the wheels up longer, you want to be going pretty fast. When you are ready, press down on the nose. The tail will come up, tilting the board. Be prepared to shift your left rear foot back and forth on the board to keep those wheels up.
Step4
Ride through the Nose Manual. The longer you can keep the tail up, the more impressive. Keep calm. You'll have to keep readjusting your center of gravity to keep your back wheels up without flipping forward over the board's nose.
Step5
Spot your landing. Extend your arms to adjust your balance. You're facing forward so a lot of this move has to do with feeling the wheels lower. Shift your weight back off of the nose to bring the tail down and roll it out.
