How to Train Like Julia Roberts

Julia Roberts has been winning people over for decades on the big screen. She has a charming personality, smiles often and lives a relatively normal life for a movie star. Part of her popularity is also due to her good looks. So if you want to get a body like Julia Roberts, you have to train like her.
