Step1
Start your morning off with yoga. Nicole Kidman is lucky enough to have a yoga instructor come to her house in the morning, but if you can't afford that, go to the gym for a class or do yoga with DVDs at home.
Step2
Do pilates on a regular basis. Nicole stays long and lean with hour long sessions at least once a week. You can sign up for a class in your area or purchase a DVD and do pilates in your living room. This workout is great for toning your muscles, especially the core.
Step3
Go for a walk when you can. Nicole likes to be outside and has been photographed frequently strolling along the sidewalks and beaches near her home. Use a heart rate monitor or watch that helps you keep track of how you're doing.
Step4
Jog or run occasionally and add some work on a stationary bike to get in your cardio. Nicole also takes spin classes, which are most likely offered at your local gym as well.
Step5
Visit the gym for strength training sessions. Nicole Kidman's trainer is David Garris who helps her with most of her workout, but you can see if your local gym offers free or budget-friendly training sessions. Or pay for a session to learn what type of strength training you should do and then go out on your own from there.
