How to Get Ken Paves's Hairstyle

Being the hairstylist to the stars is not always an easy task. Making sure to always look your very best is always top of mind when constantly being in the spotlight with your BFF (Best Friend Forever). Ken Paves is known for being the mastermind behind the manes of Jessica Simpson, JLo and Heather Locklear, but also has a great head of hair himself.

1. Start by keeping the hair on top of your head a little longer. The sides and back should be kept clean. Sometimes Ken is seen with shorter hair, but always cut with scissors, not buzzed with clippers. Have the stylist trim hair on the sides and back to about 1 to 1 1/2 inches. The hair on top should be a bit longer and a bit shaggy.

2. Color hair dirty blond. Sometimes Ken Paves sports darker hues in his hair but typically keeps his hair color on the lighter side. Try adding blond highlights to the top of hair and keep highlights a bit chunky.

3. Style hair with Ken Paves's own line of hair products. Ken typically lets his hair be very natural and shaggy. To dress up the hairstyle, create a part above the middle of the left eyebrow and comb hair over to the right side. Hold your hairstyle in place with hairspray.
