How to Mail a Party Invitation Box

Party box invitations are a cute way to personalize your bachelorette party invites. These lightweight boxes allow you to add keepsakes and personalized items for your guests. You can't put these boxes in the mailbox like the traditional invitation, so you'll need another method of shipping them.

• Brown shipping paper
• Shipping tape

Instructions

1. Create your address labels. Fill self-adhesive label sheets with the names and addresses of your guests.

2. Wrap each invitation in plain brown packing paper. Rolls of brown packing paper are widely available at shipping stores like UPS or FedEx.

3. Seal each wrapped invitation in clear shipping tape. You can use brown tape, but the clear gives your box a much cleaner look. Wrap the seams and the ends of the invitation securely so the wrapper doesn't fall off. Do not use regular tape. It will fall apart during shipping, ruining the invitation.

4. Take the boxes to a shipping store or your local post office to have them weighed for postage. Once the post office or shipping store applies the correct postage to your invitations, you're ready to ship them.
