• Arroz con pollo
• Pecorino Romano cheese
• Green dinner salad

1. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork to separate the grains for a more attractive presentation. Spoon a portion of the rice into an individual serving bowl.
2. Place two pieces of chicken from the arroz con pollo on top of the rice.
3. Add freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese.Serve the arroz con pollo alongside of a green dinner salad to complete the meal.
