Arroz con pollo is Spanish for "rice with chicken." There are many versions of this dish, and they all take a considerable amount of time to prepare. Follow the instructions below to plate and serve this this delicious, exotic entree.

Things You’ll Need:

  • Arroz con pollo
  • Pecorino Romano cheese
  • Green dinner salad

Step1
Fluff the cooked rice with a fork to separate the grains for a more attractive presentation. Spoon a portion of the rice into an individual serving bowl.
Step2
Place two pieces of chicken from the arroz con pollo on top of the rice.
Step3
Add freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese.Serve the arroz con pollo alongside of a green dinner salad to complete the meal.
