Things You'll Need:
- Eye shadow (matching natural hair color)
- Angled shadow brush
- Eyebrow comb
-
Step 1
Fill in your eyebrows only once your eye color has been finished. You should have already applied shadows, liners and mascara as well as any highlighting to the brow bone you might like. Additionally, if your brows need trimming or plucking, it should be finished before you begin your makeup.
-
Step 2
Use an eye shadow to help fill in your eyebrows, helping you to create a softer more natural look. Choose a shadow that matches your natural color as closely as possible. Make sure your shadow is a matte color, with no iridescent or glitter qualities.
-
Step 3
Apply your selected shadow to an angled shadow brush which will help you to apply the powder in an even line, reaching the corners and tips of your brows. Work the powder into the eyebrows with short back and forth strokes to reach the underlying skin.
-
Step 4
Finish your eyebrows for your dramatic look by passing a brow comb through the hair to settle any wild hairs and further work the powder in. A brow brush looks similar to a mascara applicator, and is perfect for finishing your dramatic effect.
