How to Solve a Sudden Haunting

The onset of sudden paranormal activity is often brought about by the traumatic death of someone tied to the house or the people in it. 2. Open a window in each room and burn smudge sticks of sage. This can help cleanse your home of paranormal activity. Move into every corner of every room and instruct all spirits and negative entities to leave through the open window and not return.

3. Ask your religious leader to bless your home. Make sure every room is blessed, including the closets, storage areas, basement and attic.

4. Return an item you may have moved during remodeling. Oftentimes, spirits are upset when you remodel an old home. Return something to it's original location and tell the spirit you're doing so as an apology.

5. Arrange your home in a manner that conforms with Feng Shui. Feng Shui is an ancient art that uses harmonious furniture arrangments to promote peace, tranquility and prosperity. This often ends paranormal activity.
