How to Make a Halloween Facial Mask

Celebrate Halloween and prepare your skin for fall with a pumpkin facial mask. Plentiful during the Halloween season, pumpkins are high in vitamins A, C and zinc that nourish and moisturize your skin. Pumpkins also contain enzymes that gently dissolve dead layers of skin. Things You’ll Need:

• Cooked or canned pumpkin
• Honey
• Milk
• Heavy whipping cream (optional)
• Apple cider vinegar (optional)

1. Combine enough cooked or canned pumpkin to cover your face, a small amount of honey and a splash of milk. Honey is a regenerative ingredient while the milk and the pumpkin enzymes digest and lift old skin cells. The ingredients in this facial mask together exfoliate, regenerate and nourish the skin.
2. Clean your face. Apply the facial mask gently to your face in small circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Use your fingers or a small sponge.
