Things You’ll Need:

  • Trillian 2.0

Start Trillian 2.0 instant messenger. Once started, it will load into your task bar at the bottom right of your computer screen. Double-click on the Trillian icon to open the instant messenger.
Step2
Choose the "Options" menu and click on "Preferences."
Step3
Click on "Contact List" from the "General" list on the left side of the "Preferences" dialog box to display the contact list settings in the right side of the dialog box.

Step6
Insert check marks for the rest of the options in the "List" section. You can choose to "Auto-expand Meta-Contacts," "Enable Docking," "Auto-hide When Docked" and "Display a Systray Alert When a Contact Signs On/Off."
Step7
Press "OK" to close the dialog box and save your settings.
