How to Make an ECW Paul Heyman Costume

ECW founder Paul Heyman is as big a name to extreme wrestling fans as the wrestlers in the ring. Heyman's costumes on TV always seem to reflect the power of a mafia godfather. If you're looking to dress like Paul E. (like Tommy Dreamer did one Halloween), look for something dark, powerful and imposing.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

1. Start your costume with a regular business suit. The shirt and tie should be the exact same color, whether it is light blue or black. Black pants work best. The business jacket is optional.
2. Add a solid black leather jacket. A raincoat-style jacket works best--one that goes down below the waist and to the knees, similar to those worn by mafia hit men. Add a long scarf around the neck.
3. Tie your hair back in a ponytail, if it is long enough. If it isn't, consider getting a fake ponytail or extensions attached. You won't have to worry about being bald in front like Heyman because of the hat you'll wear.
4. Take a plain black baseball cap. Put "ECW" in bright red or purple letters across the front. They can be painted on if you don't have the time to get them stitched. You could also wear a New York Yankees cap instead.
5. Carry around a microphone. Heyman almost always has one in his hand, since he always seems to have something to say. (Some people wonder why he needs the microphone, though--his mouth's big enough.)
