Kimberly Stewart is best known for two things: she's the daughter of rocker Rod Stewart, and she's one of Paris Hilton's closest friends. This blond celebrity maintains her slim figure by watching what she eats and working out regularly. If you want to train like Kimberly Stewart, release your inner diva and head to the nearest stripper pole.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Try a pole dancing class. These classes are offered at gyms across the country, or you can try a DVD at home. Stewart credits her pole dancing classes with giving her amazingly toned arms.
Step2
Take your pole dancing skills out to the clubs. After taking a few private lessons, Kimberly showed off her newfound skills at a Miami club, much to the excitement of the patrons.
Step3
Do Tai Chi to increase your balance and flexibility. Though she does a number of different things to keep in shape, Kimberly also loves doing Tai Chi every few weeks.
Step4
Practice yoga to tone your entire body and become more flexible. Stewart mixes yoga and Tai Chi with her other exercise routines to calm her mind, body and spirit.
Step5
Use a personal trainer when you really want to get in shape or burn calories. Stewart uses trainer Teddy Bass to set up her exercise routine, but you can get similar results with a different trainer.
Step6
Workout 1 hour a day at the gym, at least 4 days a week. That's what Kimberly does, in addition to her other activities.
Step7
Pick parties, premiers and other nighttime events over exercising in the gym. Stewart burns a lot of calories simply by leading a busy life once the sun goes down.

Tips & Warnings

  • You should also eat healthy foods as often as possible. Kimberly Stewart believes that watching what she eats and eating the right things are as important as exercise.
