Katie Price is an all-around talent who has appeared as a model, actress, singer and television host. Also known in Europe by her stage name Jordan, this wife and mom stays busy with her career and chasing after the kids. Though she released her own exercise DVD, Price also tries other ways to keep herself fit.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Trade a few meals a week for a homemade juice. To lose her baby weight, Katie created her own juice using spinach, celery, avocado and pineapple. She drank this concoction at least once a day instead of eating a heavy meal.

  2. Step 2

Involve your partner. After husband Pete gained weight during her pregnancy, Price convinced the man to join her on workouts. Not only did she gain an exercise buddy, but it also got him into shape.

  3. Step 3

Spend time with a personal trainer at least three times a week. Though she exercises on her own, Katie credits her personal trainer with helping her lose weight quickly.

  4. Step 4

Buy the Jordan Workout, the DVD Katie released in 2005. Price swears that she did the exact exercises on the DVD to get herself in shape for her wedding and honeymoon.

Tips & Warnings
  • Skip the expensive exercise gear, and work out in comfortable clothes instead. Though she is known for her elegant and trendy clothing, Katie loves to workout in clothing borrowed from her husband.
  • The Jordan Workout is available in a number of countries, including England and the United States.
