Who hasn't had trouble getting ketchup out of a bottle? Despite how seemingly complex it can be, there's an amazingly simple way to get a nice smooth flow going in just seconds.
While many condiments these days come in user-friendly plastic squeeze bottles, you will still run into the old school glass bottle quite frequently. If you do run into this bottle, pick it up, uncap it, and locate the "57" embossed on the bottle just where the neck begins to taper from the barrel of the bottle.
Step2
If you are right handed, hold the bottle in your right hand. Vice versa for lefties. Form the non-bottle holding hand into a letter "C" with the side of your index finger and your thumb facing up.
Step3
Pointing the bottle downward toward the food item you are about to enjoy, gently tap the "57" on the side of the first knuckle of your index finger. Do this several times and Voila! A smooth, thick floe of ketchup will emerge from the bottle. Repeat to impress friends and relatives anytime.
