If you are nursing and need to pump, we all know how valuable that milk is! Forget about trying to estimate how much baby will need per bottle and freezing all the bottles, trying to warm the bottle just right and get the milk to the correct temp. without making the bottle too hot. Here is an easy solution- use ice cube trays!

on 5/6/2008 I have a puppy that his mom quit taking cae of so I am feeding him Esbilac (a milk replacer for pippies), so I used your article for freezing it and it works great. Thank you.

on 5/2/2008 My daughter was premature, and I had to pump milk for her. She hated having to wait for it. I wish I'd known I could freeze it! Plus, after she abruptly weaned herself, I could have been freezing it and taking it to the hospital for the sick, abandoned babies there. Many large hospitals have a breast milk bank for that purpose. Thanks! 5 stars.
