Strapless sandals are a flip flop-like sandal without the toe divider and straps that parallel you toes. They stick to you foot stick via an adhesive on the footbed. Strapless sandals are designed to stay put, remaining on your foot until you remove it or the adhesive becomes too dirty to maintain its grip. Strapless sandals are great for traveling, airport security, locker rooms, beach and water activities, and spa treatments like pedicures and spray-on tanning. They're also the perfect way to avoid unwanted tan lines on your feet, making them ideal for the pool and beach.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Strapless sandals
  • Clean feet
  • Soap and water
  • Gentle scrub brush
  1. Step 1

All you need to do to get them on is step onto them. Make sure to step carefully, so you get the right placement for your foot. You can always peel and readjust, but the more you peel and restick the more the sandal loses its seal. Make sure your feet are clean when you put the sandals on.

  2. Step 2

When your sandals begin to lose their grip on your foot, they are probably just a little dirty. You can clean them gently with soap and water. Washing your strapless sandals regularly actually increases the life span of the adhesive on the footbed.

  3. Step 3

If there is sand or other large debris particles on your sandal, you may need a brush to remove the grains. Scrub gently and allow the sandals to air dry completely before wearing them again.

  4. Step 4

Remove your strapless sandals by gently peeling them off of your foot. Start on the outside corner edge and slowly peel the sandal at a downward and inner angle. There shouldn't be any sticky residue left on your foot.

  5. Step 5

Some strapless sandals are designed for one-time-use only, so make sure you check the product before buying to make sure you're getting what you want.
