Think of yourself as being thin.

Plan your meals and snacks. Do not wait until you are hungry to plan a meal or snack.

When eating, enjoy your food. Do not watch tv or play on the computer while you are eating.

Sit down and eat, do not eat while standing up.

While you are beginning your eating plan avoid restaurants. Leave eating out alone until you feel more comfortable with making good eating choices.
Step6
After you take a bite, put down you utensil and enjoy what you are eating.
Step7
Make sure you taste what you are eating, by chewing slowly.
Step8
Avoid filling your plate with unhealthy amounts of food.
Step9
Do not take second helpings when eating.
Step10
Remember dinner is not a race and it is okay to leave food on the table.
