Step 1
Examine the food you are craving. Identify the food you are wanting the most.

Make a plan on when you are going to have the food your are craving. Do not worry about it not being on your diet, if you crash pick you self up and go on.

Step 3
Plan out what time, place, where you will be sitting when you eat it, and how much you will eat.

Step 4
Stay in control, what a little bit but not to long. Do not go directly to the fridge and get what you are craving.

Step 5
Also, plan what you are going to do after you indulge a little in your cravings.

Step 6
At the planned time, indulge in your food craving as planned. Do not deviate from your plane.

Step 7
Then after you are done with your little indulgent, do what is next on your schedule.

on 6/13/2008 Wonderful tips! I also make sure I don't eat in front of the television or standing at the kitchen sink anymore. Ahhh..c'mon...I wasn't the only one who did those things. :)
