Make Peanut Sauce

This Peanut Sauce goes well with any Thai recipe, or try as a dip for satays.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 Tbsp Thai chili paste
  • 2-3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp finely minced ginger (peel first)
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup water (or more)
  1. Step 1

Heat the chili paste, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan on low. Heat, stirring constantly until blended.

  2. Step 2

Add the peanut butter in thirds, mixing well after each third is added.

  3. Step 3

Simmer until hot and serve with Thai noodles or as a dip.
