We're all talking about it, but who is doing it? Start now - world peace is possible, but it can't happen if any of us remain in opposition. Let go of petty arguments, live your life, find happiness. It's out there - believe me.

• A kind heart
• Forgiveness

1. Smile! Smile. At everyone. Always. You don't know who they've lost, what they're suffering or how much their heart is breaking. Smile even if they're angry, sad or indifferent.
2. Ask little, forgive much. Be generous with your heart, forgive people for being people, or for not being the people you want them to be. Forgive them for the ways they are different from you: different beliefs, different cultures, different loves, different colors.
3. Let go of stuff. You can't take any of it with you anyway, so enjoy right now and forget about accumulating wealth, possessions or anything else. You never know when your time is up anyway, so enjoy your life with more heart and fewer things.
4. Beautiful baby horse Treat every living thing with respect. Every creature just wants to be happy the same way you want to be happy. Honor that. If you wouldn't want it done to you, don't do it to anyone else.
5. Find love in every way you can and embrace it. More joy comes out of love than anything else.
6. Stand up for those who can't stand for themselves. The stronger and more advantaged should protect the weaker, not dominate them. It is a weak ego that needs power over others.
7. Don't support violence, for any reason. There is nothing that justifies harming another person. Especially not money.
8. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is a dream, Live right now. NOW.
9. Pass it on - we can make a difference.
