As easy as it is to use Microsoft Outlook, you may be asked to do something that you've never done in Outlook before- therefore making it not so easy. This is a how-to on planning events from the calendar in Microsoft Outlook.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Open Micrsoft Outlook, and go into the Calendar application.
Step2
Once in the Calendar, Select Actions at the top and scroll down to "Plan a Meeting."
Step3
To the left of the screen, you will see a box that says "All Attendees" and your name will be at the top. Assuming the people that you are inviting you have emailed before from Outlook and/or they are in your calendar, you can just write their names "John Doe" and Outlook will find their email addresses.
Step4
To the right of the all attendees box, you will see a calendar. Below the calendar, there is an option to specify what time you want your meeting at. Pick the appropriate time.
Step5
Press "Make Meeting." Fill out the subject. Fill out the Meeting Space. Press Send. Look at that! You are ready to go.
