Plan ahead for the morning rush and avoid anxiety of a stressful morning. Know what your having for breakfast and pack bag lunches the night before.

In the evening, reduce stress in the morning by planning what your going to wear the next day. Check for rips, runs, or missing buttons. Also, make this a routine for your children as well.
