How to keep Him off Her mind

I hate when I'm thinking about my boyfriend after a fight or when it seems like I've been thinking about him all day every minute of it. Don't you? I even know when i' m thinking too much about him because it's usually in school when i' m trying to get my work done and i just keep thinking and thinking. I just can't seem to get him out! I'm going to give you some ideas you may like or may not. Thinking about your special one isn't bad or good. Having someone in your life to comfort you and tell you you're beautiful is a wonderful thing, But when you're getting too much of them and you start missing out on things, people, and getting distracted from your school or career work because you're thinking about the next time you going to see them or touch them; you might have a problem.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • Control over your mind
  • Yourself!

Step1
The next time you're sitting where ever, or at your house and you have nothing really to do and you can't help but think about that special person and you don't really want too (coarse you want too but you know you have things you be doing and shouldn't be distracted by him); what i' m going to tell you in the next three paragraphs may sounds interesting to you. One way of getting those things called boys/men/or guys out of your head is; knowing that you're thinking about them. It's like when people need help they got to know and want to get help. Well its basically the same you need to realize that you are thinking about them and have to do something about that, but what?
Step2
When i' m sitting at home on the computer and I'm on my myspace and I keep clicking on his user even if he's not on or not, I say to myself that I've got to do something anything because I'm being crazy. There are so many things to do other thinking about him, if you me and I usually do have homework; I could do homework but when I don't want to do homework I don't do it instead I think about all the possibilities like going for a walk, riding my bike into town or where ever, call or go visit some friends, four wheeling, visit some relatives, or maybe some volunteer work. Volunteer work is really good and you usually get rewarded for doing and having good feelings about yourself at the end. Oh and if you're lucky enough and have a car; take a spin. There's way more then this to do, but it depends on where you live, transportation, and what you have at your home. If you me and don't have much; well actually I have more then others, but it tends to get old after a while.
Step3
That's another thing; go out and do something you don't normally do. GET OUT! Meet new people. Who knows you might find a good person and then that person could become a good friend; better a best friend. When you're dating a guy and you meet another guy just make sure your not attracted to them in the way you're attracted to the one your trying to stop thinking about. There's that saying you can't live with them, but you can't live without them. That saying pops into my head whenever I think maybe my partner and I should take a break or break-up, but I just can't do it. If you don't want to think about him, get up, get out, and do something. You have control over your thoughts you just have to decide when to take control over them. You can do it! Don't argue with your mind or your thoughts anymore.
