Things You'll Need:
- 1 can drained and washed garbanzo beans (15.5 oz.)
- 1 can drained and washed kidney beans (15.5 oz.)
- 1/2 cup purple onion (more or less to taste)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing

Step 1
In a strainer, mix and wash the beans. Once complete, empty into a medium-sized bowl.

Cut the onions into the size of a kidney bean. Chop them if you like. Add them to the beans.

Cut a block of feta cheese into squares the size of the garbanzo bean. You can also use crumbled feta and add more or less to your taste.

Mix in the salad dressing, enough to coat the ingredients. You don't want to soak them in salad dressing. Stir together and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
