Step1
Schedule your time to satisfy your priorities. Makes sure you have time for what is important to you, and then schedule your day from there.
Step2
Make your own decisions as how to spend you personal time. Do not allow people to schedule your time for you, if it does not meat you high priorities. It is wonderful to help others but remember to you also need to keep your own health under control. It is okay to say no or ask for help.
Step3
Don't over schedule yourself, everyone needs free time. If you find your health lacking and your schedule expanding, you may need to schedule personal time.
Step4
Stop procrastinating. Procrastination is the largest time waster know to man. Do not wait for the right moment to start what matters, take the first step and keep going. If you waste time that you had to do a priority you may find your self not being able to perform the best you can. This is often causes anxiety and depression.
Step5
Unclutter your home and your work area. This will save time and will help keep your mind on track. Keep your mind healthy and the rest will follow.
