  • Meditation
  • Favorite Hobby
  • Practice

Step1
It's always good to warm up before going to an event is to warmup. Warmup is an extensive feeling getting ready and set in motion to feel and perform better. Warm ups can be anywhere from exercising, reading, dancing, singing, whatever that helps you to relax and warm-up.
Step2
Your first step would be to get some relaxing music or music that you enjoyed playing during your favorite moments. Sing, dance, or hum to some music.
Step3
Also, when you are done with Music, make some time to do meditation. Meditation will also help you to relax, after working up all of your positive energy.
Step4
If you have a hobby, it can be anywhere from exercising, reading, dancing, singing, whatever that helps you use your hobbies as a crutch to help you maintain your focus.

Tips & Warnings

  • Keep and maintain your focus on where you are going.
  • Say positive affirmation towards your destination
  • Stay in this mindset and when you walk, talk, and perform you will be awesome.
  • If you don't maintain your mindset you won't make it.
