2. Comment on eHowville and what needs to be improved.
3. Click on the "Build My City" Button to start building your own city.
4. Pick a name for your city and the location of where you want to establish it.
5. In order to increase your population you must attract visitors. Place your cities link in forums, articles, blogs, etc.
