Things You’ll Need:

• 1 can cream of asparagus soup
• 1/2 can tomato soup
• 1 small can crab meat
• 2 cups milk or canned Chicken stock
• 2 or 3 Tablespoons sherry
• croutons, chopped parsley, or whipped cream

1. Combine the canned soups, milk or canned chicken stock, the sherry, and the crab meat, and heat through.
2. Garnish with croutons, chopped parsley, or a dollop of whipped cream.
3. Serves four.
