Things You’ll Need:

  • pamplets with photo's of hearing aids, or a video on hearing aids, and locations you can visit and view hearing aids.

Step1
Lovingly explain the reasons why this person needs to have and use a hearing aid in order to live a more fufilled life.
Step2
Explain how this persons hearing problems affect their life as well as the people around them, and that it makes communicating difficult.
Step3
Explain that it is not a difficult or painful process to purchase a hearing aid and to use it at all.

Tips & Warnings

  • Taking the person to a hearing aide store so they can view all the hearing aids is a great way of convincing them to get one. Having the sales person explain how they work, ect...first hand is a great tool that you will need.
  • some people cannot be convinced of anything unfortunately, but i do believe that the steps in my article may be a successful avenue to achieving your goal! Good luck!
