Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- about 1/2 pound of venison steak, cubed. (You can substitute beef for the venison if you like.)
- cooking oil
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 to 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
Step1
Heat the oil in a skillet.
Step2
Cube the deer meat, and coat pieces in flour.
Step3
Fry the venison in the hot oil in the skillet. Fry the meat until browned on each side and cooked through. Keep all the juices in the skillet.
Step4
Add 1 to 2 cans of mushroom soup and the 1/4 cup water to the meat mixture. Heat through.
Step5
Delicious over hot fluffy biscuits!
Serve over hot noodles, or hot toast or, (my favorite), over hot home made biscuits.
