1. Think that you are a victim of the wild conscience and a victim of your civilization. You are the shame in white skin because innocent people are dying in Africa. You are the scream against indifference of those that could help the poor but ignore their suffering.
   
   You are the big victim of all the mistakes of the previous generations that destroyed our planet with their bombs and crimes, besides killing many people with their cruel indifference to poverty and craziness.
2. However, you the victim have to save the ignorant mass and the children. You have to give life back to our planet; you have to be the hero that will correct what is wrong and improve what could be better.
3. Yes, you really are the big victim of a crazy civilization, the victim of an absurd society and of an ignorant family that doesn’t understand you and doesn’t help you the way you need. But even though you are such a victim, you have to be a hero that will save those that provoked all your problems.
   
   This is very hard, but only this heroic attitude will give you the right aim. This must be the purpose of your life, and not the continuation of the destruction provoked by the previous generations that didn't care about how you would grow up and live here today.
4. You have to feed every creature of this planet, giving them not only the basic conditions for their survival but also giving them conditions to develop their personality and become geniuses, living happily forever.
   
   Stop hurting yourself because you are the biggest victim of all the mistakes of mankind, and start correcting everything with your courage and the superior knowledge that the wise unconscious mind that produces your dreams gives you everyday.
5. Don’t let the despair and the craziness of your civilization destroy your life, but save the world with your example of wisdom and goodness.
   
   Never again agree to injure your adored body, because you need your health in order to be the biggest hero of all time.
   
   We need your salvation!
6. Since you can feel the despair and you know that this is unbearable, you are the one that can save the others, who don’t understand anything yet.
   
   Humanity needs the salvation that must come from your hands, because you are the one that inherited this absurd realm from your crazy ancestors.
7. Start writing down your dreams and follow my lessons. The unconscious mind will show you what you have to do in order to eliminate the wild anti-conscience that obliges you to cut and burn your body.
