Things You'll Need:
- 1 angel food cake
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple,undrained
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 small boxes Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 small tub of Sugar Free Cool Whip

Step 1
Cutting layerCut Angel Food Cake into 3 layers. You do this by inserting toothpicks to space layers then use a large serrated knife to slice.

Step 2
Sugar Free Cool WhipIn a medium size mixing bowl mix Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding and crushed pineapple together. Add 1/4 cup milk, stir until pudding and pineapple are blended well. Add Sugar Free Cool Whip and mix well.

Step 3
YummySpread 1/3 of mixture on bottom layer, repeat ending up with mixture on top. Just before serving you may add any in season berries to the top.
Note: I like to add a little sliced banana for a change or nothing at all.
