This is a recipe you have probably seen before with a little twist to cut out some of the fat and calories without loosing the flavor.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 lg. can crushed pineapple,undrained
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 small boxes Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 small tub of Sugar Free Cool Whip
  1. Step 1

    Cut Angel Food Cake into 3 layers. You do this by inserting toothpicks to space layers then use a large serrated knife to slice.

  2. Step 2
    Sugar Free Cool Whip
     
    Sugar Free Cool Whip

    In a medium size mixing bowl mix Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding and crushed pineapple together. Add 1/4 cup milk, stir until pudding and pineapple are blended well. Add Sugar Free Cool Whip and mix well.

  3. Step 3

    Spread 1/3 of mixture on bottom layer, repeat ending up with mixture on top. Just before serving you may add any in season berries to the top.
    Note: I like to add a little sliced banana for a change or nothing at all.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can change this recipe up by using different pudding flavors.
  • If you like coconut try sprinkling a little on layers
