Several different variety's of pickles that are already in your fridge
Fresh horseradish
Red Onion
Fresh Garlic
Pepperoncini
Food Processor or Chopper
Pint Jar to store in the refrigerator
Step1
ingredients in food processor.
Cut One Cucumber in half and add to Food Processor or chopper.
Step2
Look Inside your refrigerator grab any pickles, more different variety's the better. Add 2-3 average sized pickles, you can add mini pickles or pickles chips as well. This is going to be about a cup if chopped.

4 Pepperoncini added to the mix.
Step4
One Tablespoon of Horseradish "fresh".
Step5
One Tablespoon of garlic added to the mix
Step6
Add half a red onion and your done adding your veges.
Tips & Warnings
This is a "garbage" variety meaning get creative if you want to spice it up by adding jalapeño or black peppercorn.
Growing Horseradish is the easiest way to always have "fresh". I dig up the roots in the fall and have plenty until next season.
Store in a Pint Size jar in the refrigerator for two weeks.
