Start now. Don't wait till tomorrow, or dinner time. Start now.

Eat healthy. Try for one week to eat exactly what are supposed to eat and see how healthy you feel. You do not need to take vitamin pills if you eat properly.
Step3
Exercise daily. Walking to your car does not count. Run, walk, jump rope, play basketball. Do something!
Step4
Laugh. Laughing is a miracle. If you are serious person and don't like to laugh then learn to. Laughing relieves pain inside and releases "happy chemicals". Smiling also helps. When answering phones at work try smiling because you can here the smile over the phone. That is one more way to prevent unhappy telephone conversations.
