Many people have the illusion that trampolining is dangerous. What many people do not know is that trampolining (when done correctly) is an excellent form of exercise. It works every muscle, tissue and organ in the body. It burns more calories in 30 minutes than running or jogging for an hour!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • You
  • Trampoline
  • Lots of energy

Step1
Purchase a trampoline. Doesn't have to be an expensive one or even a large one.
Step2
Set it up on a level surface.
Step3
Begin jumping! Within about 5 minutes, you will feel absolutely burnt out. Aim at jumping for about 15-30 minutes each day. In addition to losing weight and toning up, you will have a good laugh!!!
