Things You'll Need:
- 2 cups fresh baby carrots
- 4 medium white or red potatoes, cut into quarters
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Adobo seasoning to taste

Step 1
Place the carrots, potatoes, onion, chicken, and pepper in a crock pot in order.

Mix the soup, water, adobo, and oregano in a separate bowl and pour over the chicken. Top with the paprika.

Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve.
