Things You’ll Need:
- 1 lb grilled chicken breast
- 4 cups salad greens
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
Step1
Slice the chicken and then reheat in the microwave for about 1 minute, checking for desired temperature.
Step2
Prepare the salad by mixing all of the ingredients except the salad dressing in a large bowl and toss well.
Step3
Pour the desired amount of salad dressing over the salad and serve.
