  • Music not neccessary but helps
  • Comfortable walking/running shoes

3.5 MPH / 8:00 - 8:30
3.0 MPH / 8:30 - 9:00

Tips & Warnings

  • As this becomes easier to do and you are ready for more of a challenge, simply increase the MPH, this may also be used for jogging and running
  • For fastest results, I recommend doing this 5 times a week and compliment it with dietary changes
  • Make sure if you feel dizzy or any uncomfortable pain, you stop the treadmill and get off
